Dr Collette Burke
Collette is an expert in risk and project management area with experience on major infrastructure projects delivered through Australia, as evidence below. Collette’s area of particular expertise is in the development of Value Management systems that ensure a project delivers the optimum combination of effectiveness, economy and efficiency for project delivery. Collette is also a leading researcher on the meaning and delivery of Value For money in major infrastructure project for both the private and public section having commenced this research at the University of Melbourne in conjunction with the Department of Treasury and Finance. She has worked as a Gateway Reviewer for Victorian Government Infrastructure Projects.

Maggie has 23 years experience as a business and project adviser, who specialises in corporate governance, risk management and value management on major infrastructure project delivery. Maggie’s roles have come from a background in businesses and commercial advisory roles with Ernst & Young in Business Reconstruction and Litigation before moving to private consulting.
