Exner Group is an experienced engineering, training and consulting organisation in the construction and infrastructure industry combining the skills of the Exner team and Real Serious Games who develop interactive visual technology solutions. Our work covers a diverse range of areas, from development of training strategy and program to delivery of tailored training via interactive platforms; from engagement in design and review of infrastructure projects to the involvement in project delivery and governance. We have been in the industry for over 25 years.

VISION & MISSION

Our mission is to deliver innovative and effective solutions across the building, retail, civil, energy, telecommunications, mining and marine industries.

We hope to revolutionise the way which things are done within the building and construction industry, so projects are delivered faster, safer and smarter.

HISTORY

Exner Group was established in 1997. We identified an opportunity to take a different approach to the prevalent form of construction and project management consulting too often characterised by high costs, an adversarial style, and damaged professional relationship. We offer an alternative that focuses on value for money advice and strengthening relationships while delivering strong commercial and project outcomes. This lead to the establishment of Exner Engineering.
In 2015, we re-branded our company to Exner Group, reflecting the evolution of our company and service offering, which now encompasses Exner Education our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Exner Consulting. Exner Education allows us to transfer our knowledge in project management into courses to provide skills and experience to those entering the industry.

THERE IS MORE

In 2016 we developed Karsta Middle East, along with our partners Real Serious Games. Karsta aims to provide engineering & consulting services for the rail infrastructure and construction industry across the Middle East. Our Karsta team includes experienced rail engineers and innovative VR programmers who focus on developing the state-of-the-art ways to learn and assess skills. A core function of Karsta Middle East is the development of immersive visualisations for Virtual Reality (VR) training, traffic and accident simulations, providing a level of immersive training that is akin to real life experience.
